MEMORANDUM ORDER
ROBERT J. KRESSEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This proceeding came on for trial on the plaintiff’s complaint, seeking a determination that debts incurred in connection with a marital dissolution action are excepted from the defendant’s discharge. Linda J. Jungers and Allan J. Zlimen appeared on behalf of the plaintiff and Michael J. Iannacone appeared for the defendant.
This court has jurisdiction over this proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(a) and 1334, and Local Rule 1070-1. This is a core proceeding within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I).
