¶1 Thomas and Susan Benson (collectively, Bensons) brought this action against Diverse Computer Corporation, a/k/a Pronto Progress Software Development (hereinafter, Diverse Corp.), in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, alleging the corporation had breached its contract to repurchase the Bensons’ shares in the company.
