This is a workmen’s compensation case. Plaintiff, Jose Carranza, in his petition filed in the Nebraska Workmen’s Compensation Court, alleged that defendant, Payne-Larson Furniture Company, hereinafter called defendant, was a partnership- composed of Alvie Payne and James Larso-n, with its principal place of business in Kearney, and that defendant Glens Falls Insurance Company was its compensation insurer.
