This is an appeal from a judgment of the district *247court for Douglas County granting compensation to the plaintiff under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. The cause was originally tried before a judge of the Nebraska Workmen’s Compensation Court and dismissed September 19, 1945, for want of sufficient evidence to' sustain the finding that the plaintiff’s disability was caused by or due to an accident while in the course of his employment.
