Plaintiff Chevron U.S.A. Inc. (“Chevron”) brings this lawsuit against Apex Oil Company, Inc. (“Apex”) and Petroleum Fuel & Terminal Company (“PF & T”) (collectively “defendants”), seeking to recover damages that Chevron incurred as a result of contamination from an underground pipeline allegedly owned and operated by defendants in southeast Baltimore.
