Plaintiff Williamsbridge Manor Nursing Home (“Williamsbridge”) moves, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56, to permanently enjoin an arbitration hearing related to the suspension of one of its employees, Cynthia Sullivan. Defendant, New York’s Health & Human Services Employers Union 1199/SEIU, AFL-CIO (the “Union”), which represents Sullivan, opposes the motion and cross-moves for summary judgment and/or to dismiss as moot plaintiffs petition to permanently enjoin the arbitration.
