MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION

A number of motions are currently pending before the Court in this case. CSee Docket Nos. 352, 356, 360, 364, 367, 370, 373). This opinion addresses two of the pending motions because they raise similar issues. The first is the Defendants’ (collectively, “Marvell”) “Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of No Infringement and No Damages with Respect to Extraterritorial Conduct.” (Docket No. 356).
