MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KEYS, United States Magistrate Judge.
Currently before the Court is Plaintiff Mark Weinberg’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff charges that the City’s prohibition on peddling within 1000 feet of the United Center (the “peddlers’ ordinance”) violates his rights under the First Amendment. Plaintiff also attacks the Chicago Municipal Code’s licensing ordinance for peddlers (“peddlers’ licensing ordinance”) as an unconstitutional prior restraint on his First Amendment rights.
