This suit was filed- by appellees, Jones, Sullivan & Jones, a partner ship composed of Mary E. Jones, E. P. Sullivan, and T. E. Jones, in one of the justice’s courts of Nacogdoches county, against John ' P. Davidson, wherein appellees sought to recover a money judgment against appellant for the sum of $399.99, as actual damages.
