Defendants, collectively known as Tempest Fugat, 1 appeal a deficiency judgment after the repossession and resale of collateral. The case was tried to the court, which found that plaintiff’s sale of the collateral was commercially unreasonable. Defendants assign as error the trial court’s denial of a motion for involuntary dismissal on the ground that plaintiff failed to prove its right to a deficiency.
