Defendant Goldstein Family Living Trust appeals from a money judgment and supplemental attorney fee judgment entered in plaintiff s favor after a bench trial. Although defendant raises five assignments of error, only three require extended discussion. We review the trial court’s findings of fact for any evidence to support them, Illingworth v. Bushong, 297 Or 675, 694, 688 P2d 379 (1984), and its legal conclusions for errors of law. We affirm.
