This is an appeal from a decision of the Family Court granting a divorce to the husband on the *146grounds that he and his wife had been living separate and apart for over 3 years. General Laws 1956 (1969 Reenactment) §15-5-3. Under that section the Family Court must grant a divorce whenever it is determined that the parties have, in fact, lived separate and apart for 3 years. Zaharakos v. Zaharakos, 118 R.I. 387, 374 A.2d 101 (1977).
