OPINION

SHEA, Justice.

This case comes before us on appeal by Walter H. Fricke (husband) from an interlocutory judgment entered in the Family Court granting a divorce to each party on the ground of irreconcilable differences. As part of the decision, the husband was ordered to convey or cause to be recon-veyed his interest in the marital domicile to Loretta L. Fricke (wife), to pay the sum of $300 per week to the wife as alimony, and to pay a counsel fee to the wife’s attorney.
