IRENAS, District Judge.
Defendants’ Rimtec Corporation (“Rimtec” or “Company”), Teruhisa Koeda and Ray Johnston, Sr., move for partial summary judgment on plaintiffs’ claims alleging age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (“ADEA”), the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq.
