On November 7, 2016, relators Fairway Methanol LLC and Celanese Ltd. filed a *485petition for -writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this court to compel the Honorable Brent Gamble, presiding judge of the 270th District Court of Harris County, to vacate his Order on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel signed on October 12, 2016 that requires relators to: (1) remove any and all attorney-client privilege and work-product privilege objections to Plaintiffs’ Request for “Any…
