R. H. Milton', doing business under the name of Milton Construction Company, made a contract in writing with W. H. Huitt, the owner of a certain town lot, by the terms of which R. H. Milton obligated himself to construct a dwelling on the said lot, it being the homestead of Huitt and wife, for the sum of $6,200, in accordance with certain plans and specifications, Milton to furnish all labor and material necessary to build said dwelling and also a bond, with approved security.
