Plaintiffs move under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a) to file a Third Amended Complaint adding allegations in support of claims this Court dismissed in a memorandum and order dated April 3, 2012. See Ret Bd. of the Policemen’s Annuity & Benefit Fund v. Bank of N.Y. Mellon, 914 F.Supp.2d 422 (S.D.N.Y.2012). However, that decision is on appeal.
