On October 2, 1907, Stella Pittoek filed an action for divorce against her husband, John W. Pittoek, in which action the Commercial Trust Company, a corporation, and T. Ralph Pittoek were made defendants. In this action, the court issued a restraining order, restraining the defendants from in any manner selling or disposing of the real or personal property belonging to the defendant John W.
