This case is before the Court on the application of the National Labor Relations Board (“Board”) pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (“Act”) 1 for enforcement of its order issued on June 30, 1970 against Cast Optics Corporation (“Company”), a Hackensack, N.
