The appebant, veteran Alfred R. Young, appeals through counsel an August 17, 2004, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that, inter aba, denied a disabihty rating greater than 70% for his service-connected post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). On May 9, 2007, the Court issued a single-judge decision in this matter dismissing the appellant’s appeal of his claim for entitlement to a rating of total disability based on individual unem-ployabihty (TDIU) and affirming the Board’s August 17, 2004, decision.
