Plaintiff Linda Tripp filed this lawsuit against the United States and the United States Department of Defense (“DOD”) pursuant to the Privacy Act, 5. U.S.C. § 552a and the Administrative Procedures Act (“APA”), 5 U.S.C. § 551 et seq. and 5 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., for an alleged release of information related to plaintiffs appliea tion for employment at the George Marshall Center in Germany.
