HUYETT, District Judge.

This action arises as a result of an accident which killed Dana Marie Flohr on July 3, 1989 when she and her family were fishing at Otter Creek Recreational Area. Defendants Pennsylvania Power And Light Company, Otter Creek Recreational Campground, and Otter Creek Enterprises, Inc. move to dismiss plaintiffs’ complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). 1 Plaintiffs, Harry D.
