I. INTRODUCTION

This action has pitted two prominent handbag manufacturers against each other and mired them in seemingly endless and often contentious litigation for nearly four years. Plaintiff Louis Yuitton Malletier (“Louis Vuitton”) claims that defendant Dooney & Bourke, Inc.
