Affirming.

The appeal is from a judgment on a verdict in favor of the defendant, Edward J. Iielck, in a suit by William B. Fowler, to recover damages for having been bitten by a dog alleged to be vicious and owned by the defendant. The grounds for reversal are: The verdict is flagrantly against the evidence; the rejection of competent and the admission of incompetent evidence.
