On remand from the Supreme Court, we reconsider an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). After doing so, we again reverse and remand.

In reviewing the grant of summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10), we assess the substantively admissible evidence in the light most favorable to the party opposing the motion.
