This is an action in mandamus by the owners of a certain judgment against the city of Ada to compel the excise board of Pontotoc county to provide for the payment of said judgment by taxation in the manner required by law. Judgment was for plaintiffs, and defendant has appealed.
Defendant charges that the judgment is void on its face, and therefore the board is not to be compelled to provide taxes for its liquidation.
