The Board of Medical Examiners of the state of Utah instituted this action to enjoin the defendant from diagnosing, treating, or operating upon any person within the state afflicted with any mental or physical ailment, or afflicted with any abnormal mental or physical condition, and from advising any such person so afflicted as to such mental or physical ailment, or abnormal mental or physical condition, in consideration of receiving, or having received, or thereafter receiving any pecuniary compensation or reward of any kind or nature for such diagnosing, treating, or operating, and from…
