Plaintiffs applied to and obtained from the District Court for the parish of Jefferson an injunction forbidding and enjoining defendant from further practising medicine in any of its departments in this State until he shall have first obtained the certificate provided for under the provisions of Act No. 49 of the General Assembly of the State of Louisiana of 1894.
