OPINION AND ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge.
This is an action brought pursuant to Section 510 of the Employee’s Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1140, with pendant common law claims. Plaintiff alleges that he was fired from his position in order to limit his accrual of pension benefits and contractual commissions. Defendants have brought the instant motion to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint on a variety of grounds, including failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted, lack of personal jurisdiction over defendant New York Life Insurance Company of Canada…
