Anthony Pietrunti, claimant, appeals the decision of the Benefits Review Board *1038(“BRB”) affirming the decision of the Administrative Law Judge that he is only partially disabled and is not entitled to compensation for future psychiatric treatment under the Longshore and Harborworker’s Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. §§ 901-950 (1988). Pietrunti sustained an arm injury while employed as a welder at the Thames Valley Steel Corporation. In Palombo v.
