Defendant Secretary of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Leonard D. Wexler, Judge, reversing the Secretary’s finding that plaintiff Doris Alston was not entitled to disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 401 et seq. (West 1983 & Supp.1990) (the “Act”).
