Kevin Oswalt, an employee of Bryan Foods, Inc., brought this action against the defendant alleging claims of wrongful discharge in violation of his rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The district court granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment on both claims. A full recital of the pertinent facts is included in the lower court’s opinion. See Oswalt v.
