Plaintiff Trading Technologies International, Inc. (“TT”) brought suit against eS-peed, Inc., ITSEcco Holdings Limited, Ecco LLC, and EccoWare Ltd. (collectively “eSpeed”), alleging infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,766,304 ('304) and 6,882,132 ('132). Both parties have filed a number of summary judgment motions in an attempt to limit the scope of the trial.
