MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JAMES B. MORAN, Senior District Judge.

Defendants eSpeed and Ecco (collectively “eSpeed”) move for judgment as a matter of law against plaintiff Trading Technologies (“TT”), that TT engaged in inequitable conduct before the Patent and Trademark Office (“PTO”). This motion follows a jury trial where the jury found eSpeed infringed two of TT’s patents. The jury also determined that the correct priority date for the patents was March 2, 2000, the date TT’s provisional application was filed.
