PLEASANTS, Associate Justice.
This is an action of trespass to try title brought by the appellants against the appellees. The land in controversy is the league granted to Jesse McGee by the State of Coahuila and Texas and situate partly in Sabine and partly in Newton county. The defendants pleaded not guilty, and limitation of three, five and ten years. The case was tried before a jury and under per emptory instructions from the court a verdict was returned in favor of defendants and judgment was rendered accordingly.
