This action for libel is based upon investigative reports which defendant, a credit reporting service, supplied to one of its subscribers about plaintiff. Plaintiff filed a five-count complaint, two of which charged libel, while the others charged interference with a contractual relationship, invasion of privacy, and violation of the statute covering the licensing of private detectives. The latter two counts were dismissed on defendant’s motion, and the case was submitted to the jury on the remaining three counts.
