The Indiana National Bank is before us appealing the trial court's denial of -its motion for a directed verdict which resulted in a jury verdict in favor of William Earl Chapman. The complained of deed oc*476curred when a loan officer with the Bank released information pertaining to Chapman's automobile loan account to a state policeman who was conducting an arson investigation involving Chapman's car.
