MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PIERSOL, Chief Judge.
Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Attorney Fees and Costs, Doc. 138. The motion has been fully briefed and will be decided based upon the written record.
BACKGROUND
The jury returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiffs Mary Mock and Diana Cole on May 15, 2003, in this gender discrimination action brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., as amended, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., as amended, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
