This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss [Dkt. # 15]. For the reasons discussed below, the motion will be GRANTED.
BACKGROUND
This action arises from plaintiffs eviction from her former residence in the Park Ainger Apartments in Southeast Washington, DC. It appears that plaintiffs former landlord initiated proceedings in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Civil Division, Landlord and Tenant Branch, in 2011. See Amended Complaint (“Am.
