Richard Duffy appeals from a summary judgment which dismissed his malpractice action against defendants Dr. Jim Caviezel, his wife, the King Chiropractic Clinic, and all of its members and/or partners and their wives, on the basis of RCW 4.16.350, the 1971 medical malpractice statute of limitations.
