I. INTRODUCTION
On May 17, 2012, plaintiffs Gordon Casey (“Casey”) and Duane Skinner (“Skinner”) (collectively “plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of others similarly situated, filed this class action lawsuit against defendants Citibank, N.A.
