BACKGROUND
Plaintiffs, Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund (“Pension Fund”), Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Health and Welfare Fund (“Health & Welfare Fund”), and the trustee of both funds, Robert Baker, (hereinafter collectively the “funds”), have brought an action against defendants, Central Transport, Inc.
