Plaintiff Efficient Management Systems, Inc. brings this action for breach of contract, violation of G.L.c. 93A, and tortious interference with advantageous relations against defendants Philip Morin and Laurence L. Moran as trustees of Truck Drivers’ Union Local Number 42 Health and Welfare Fund and Robert Marshall as trustee of the New England Teamsters and Baking Industries Fund.
