MAROVITZ, District Judge.

Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction

The Government brings this action under Section 15 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. Sec. 25, to enjoin a proposed merger between the defendant Wilson Sporting Goods Company (hereinafter “Wilson”), a subsidiary of Ling-Temco-Vought, Inc., (hereinafter “LTV”), and the defendant Nissen Corporation (hereinafter “Nissen”), on the ground that it would violate Section 7 of the Clayton Act, as amended by the Celler- Kefauver Amendment, 64 Stat. 1125, 15 U.S.C. See. 18. 1
