MEMORANDUM OPINION
BRINKEMA, District Judge.
Before the Court is the defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment on all counts of the plaintiffs ten count complaint. 1 For the reasons set forth below, this motion will be GRANTED.
BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Beatrice Hodges filed this action against defendants Koons Buick Pontiac GMC, Inc. (“Koons”) and First Union National Bank (FUNB) on May 12, 2000 raising federal and state law claims arising from Koon’s sale in May, 1998 of a Pontiac Grand Tim to Hodges and from the defendants’ financing of this sale.
