DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY Shawn Ferris appeals his convictions by the Lawrence County Municipal Court for driving without a license, a violation of R.C. 4507.02(A), failure to wear a safety belt, a violation of R.C. 4513.263, leaving the scene of an accident, a violation of R.C. 4549.02, and failing to control his vehicle, a violation of R.C. 4511.01. He argues that his conviction for failure to wear a safety belt is not supported by sufficient evidence.
