The appellees sued the appellant in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough county. The declaration, omitting formal parts, was as follows: Mary Maloney, a married woman, joined by her husband, Frank R. Maloney, and Frank R. Maloney in his own right, of the city of Key West, county of Monroe, and State of Florida, plaintiffs, by their attorneys, Hugh C. & M. B.
