Sherman Holliday brought an action at law against the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, a corporation, for the recovery of damages for *274personal injuries received by the plaintiff, which are alleged to have been occasioned by the negligence of the defendant. A trial was had before a jury, which resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $3,000.-00. The defendant seeks to have the judgment rendered thereon reviewed here by writ .of error and has assigned numerous errors.
