This is an interlocutory appeal from an order of the Denver District Court denying defendant-appellant’s motion for return of property and to suppress evidence.

On January 21, 1970, a search warrant was issued by the Denver County Court, authorizing a search of defendant’s room in Centennial Hall at 1870 South High Street in Denver.
