The defendant, Shawn P. Dailey, is charged in Denver District Court with possession of the narcotic drug cocaine in violation of section 12-22-302, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl. Vol. 5). In this interlocutory appeal under C.A.R. 4.1, the prosecution seeks reversal of the trial court’s ruling granting the defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence seized during a search of his residence pursuant to a warrant.
